Introduction to Trademark Gazette Search
To strengthen communication with the public and to make it convenient for all the parties to search the Trademark Gazette, and to further improve transparence and accuracy£¬CTMO began to issue the Trademark Gazette on CTMO website from December 26th 2003, while continuing to issue printed Gazette. The website releases 12 latest Trademark Gazette, including all the trademarks which have been preliminarily approved and the information concerning registration, renewal, modification, assignment, annulment, opposition of trademark, trademark review and adjudication and record of trademark license contract. The public can search for the information needed on the website at their best convenience, keeping well-informed of and supervising trademark registration.
As is provided in Article 30 of the Trademark Law, any person may, within three months from the date of the Gazette, file an opposition against the trademark that has, after examination, been preliminarily approved. Within the three- months opposition period, any person may file the opposition either to CTMO, or entrust any of such organizations as recognized to be qualified for trademark agencies by the State to act as his/its agent.
The following Trademark Applications can be searched either according to page numbers or according to catalogue, and every page can be both enlarged and shrunk.
